Gaudi’s Palace announced today, after a three-month shutdown, its plans to reopen its doors to the public on July 1st while adopting precautions to keep visitors spaced far apart to limit contagion from the coronavirus. <\/p>\n
As a precaution, the Palace and its museum will open from Tuesdays to Sundays in July, will close on Mondays. Sunday to Thursday, from 11 am to 2 pm and 4 to 7 pm. Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to 2 pm and 4 to 8 pm. <\/p>\n
The monument will reopen with safeguards like requiring visitors and staff members to wear face masks, requiring social distancing of a minimum of 1.5 meters, eliminating as much as possible cash transactions and encouraging the purchase of advance timed-entry tickets. The museum has four floors and several rooms, so people should be able to keep to social distancing comfortably. <\/p>\n
Gaudi’s Palace has installed social-distancing markers at the entrance and elsewhere. Audioguides will be sanitized after every single use and the monument has installed sanitizing mat at the entrance. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
