This collaborative project was born to spread Gaudí’s art on the day of his anniversary.
On June 25, 1852 Antoni Gaudí i Cornet was born and from Casa Batlló this year we thought, what if we celebrated it with everyone?
With this idea in mind we got down to work and contacted all the buildings or Gaudí interpretation centers that had a page on Facebook with the aim of celebrating the anniversary of Gaudí’s birth through Facebook Live broadcasts of the maximum number of the architect’s works.
A pioneering initiative
This is the first time that these monuments have come together to celebrate the anniversary of the Catalan genius, participating from different towns such as Barcelona, Reus, Comillas, Astorga and León.
Among all the participating monuments, we have worked so that on such an important day the figure and work of Antoni Gaudí is better known from anywhere in the world.
Therefore, a total of 13 buildings or interpretation centers will share live via Facebook Live the genius of Gaudí’s work. On the 25th, we will update this article so that you can also follow the broadcasts from here.
