Gaudí Palace launches its new website

Palacio de Gaudi

The Episcopal Palace of Astorga presents its new website, a comprehensive renovation that invites you to rediscover the building through a more intuitive, visual and complete digital experience.

The new site, accessible at www.palaciodegaudi.es, is a step forward in the way of approaching the Palace. Its structure has been simplified to facilitate navigation, allowing visitors to find information more clearly and to virtually tour its spaces with the same fluidity with which its rooms are traversed.

Among the main new features is the expansion of content, with special attention to sections such as “The Hidden Palace”, which reveals lesser-known aspects of the building, or “Gaudí Year”, which contextualizes the work within the legacy of the architect Antoni Gaudí. These additions enrich the digital visit and open new doors to the knowledge of the history, architecture and symbolism of the Palace.

The redesign also opts for a more visual aesthetic, where the image takes center stage as a narrative language. High-quality photographs and a cleaner layout of the contents contribute to an immersive experience, designed for both the occasional visitor and the more specialized public.

The project has been developed by the Sentido Común team, based in Asturias, under the direction of Rubén Rubio Meana and Andrés Moreno. Their work has managed to transfer to the digital environment the essence of the Palace: a work in which tradition and modernity are in constant dialogue.

The new website was presented this Wednesday at the Gaudí Palace, with the participation of the director of the Asturian monument, Víctor Murias Borrajo, and the manager of Sentido Común, Rubén Rubio Meana, who highlighted the importance of this renovation as a key tool to bring the building to new audiences and improve the experience of visitors.

With this new website, the Gaudí Palace reinforces its commitment to the dissemination of heritage, adapting to new modes of communication and offering the public a more accessible, attractive and complete tool to learn about one of the most unique buildings of Spanish modernism.
