Gaudí Palace prepares a new virtual experience

The Gaudí Palace in Astorga will implement, starting in January, a new virtual reality experience. The company artiSplendore is responsible for this new immersive virtual experience, designed to complement the on-site visit for visitors who come to see the monument.

The virtual experience, which will be offered as part of the regular tour of the Palace, can be enjoyed at the end of the visit. Vocces Lab, a company associated with artiSplendore, has been in charge of developing this proposal, which combines cutting-edge technology with a high-quality 360-degree audiovisual production. Through virtual reality glasses designed specifically for this project, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in breathtaking panoramic views, explore impossible perspectives and experience the history of the Palace’s construction in first person.

The experience will allow visitors to experience the history and architecture of Gaudí’s Palace in a completely new way. Thanks to the joint work of a powerful team of software and hardware developers, as well as 360-degree audiovisual production, the Palace is rediscovered as never before.

With this innovative proposal, the Gaudí Palace reaffirms its commitment to offer cultural experiences, expanding the possibilities of interpretation and enjoyment of this unique building. The virtual visit promises to become a new reference for the monument and another reason to visit the Palace, after the opening last May of the visit to the Hidden Palace, which has already received more than 10,000 people.
