Audioguides and visual guides to the Palace now available in German and Italian

The Gaudí Palace in Astorga has this week expanded by two the languages available for the audio guides available at the monument. Both the audio guides and the visual guides that speak exclusively about the palace can now be found in Italian and German in the monument’s store.

Palacio de Gaudi

Both German and Italian-speaking visitors will be able to take a guided tour of the Palazzo with audioguide tablets specifically designed in both languages. The audio guides offer visitors the opportunity to get to know in depth the different architectural and exhibition elements that are part of the Gaudí Palace, whether they choose to make the visit proposed by the device or do it on their own and go looking for each of the audio files indicated in the different rooms of the museum.

As for the visual guide, last May the Palace presented the collaboration with the publishing house Dosde in three languages (Spanish, English and French). The monument has wanted to extend to German and Italian this document, the first of its kind that speaks exclusively of the Palace of Astorga. This book offers extensive information on the monument that Gaudí designed for Astorga through its pages, offering a vision as exhaustive as entertaining.

Each of the guides is designed to be a simple and very visual tour through Gaudí’s Palace. In addition, the guide includes exclusive digital content that can only be accessed with the purchase of a physical copy. The 96-page book contains more than 200 images, which are combined with concise and rigorous texts to analyze all aspects related to this masterpiece by Antoni Gaudí: from the origins of the project to the internal configuration of the palace, including the historical evolution of the monument and the symbolic meaning of the different spaces that make up the complex.
